We are looking for community-minded vintage dealers to join us on February 8, 2025 at Bright Eye Beer Co in Long Beach, New York for our second multi-dealer vintage market. This event is one not to miss!

What are we looking for in a vendor?
Our goal is to curate a group of vintage sellers that are professional and enthusiastic about promoting their brand and the events they participate in.
We will review social media accounts, so it’s important you have public accounts with regular posts that reflect your aesthetic and offering. We can’t promote you if we don't know who you are!
Vendors at this event must deal in y2k and older vintage clothing, décor, records, home goods or furniture. We will not accept makers and non-vintage resellers.
What are we not looking for in a vendor?
This event is exclusively for vintage items. We cannot accept retro-style or reproduction items (modern items made to look vintage), crystals, crafts, artisan products, multi-level marketing vendors, or sellers primarily offering upcycled items. Upcycled items may be included if they complement a broader vintage collection.
When do applications open and close?
Applications for this event open Saturday, November 9, 2024 and close Friday, November 30, 2024.
When will I hear back about my application?
All applicants will be contacted the first week in December with their application status. Upon acceptance, vendors have until December 10th to submit a deposit for their spot at the event. Deposits are nonrefundable.
How much does it cost to vend?
The vendor fee for this event is $200. Vendors will be responsible for submitting a 50% deposit by Tuesday, December 10th. The remaining 50% is due by Saturdady, February 1st.
What should I bring the day of?
If you’re accepted to attend, bring any and everything you’ll need for the day. This includes but is not limited to tables, linens, an extension cord, power strip, cash for change and/or a cart or truck for load-in. Please ensure you have enough load in/out help as the event will take place in the upstairs event space. There is no freight elevator, and stairs are the easiest way to access the space. Please do not bring pets, your own music or your own alcoholic beverages. If you plan on bringing your kids, please make sure they stay within your space and do not wander unattended.
How will the event be promoted?
The event will be promoted on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok as well as traditional media. We’ll send out an event press release to local outlets for coverage prior to and after the event. As a vendor, we expect you to promote the event on your own socials, at your other events, in your community and/or your brick-and-mortar shop.
Will there be security at the event?
Yes, we will have security the day of the market. However, we definitely recommend all vendors take collateral (such as a drivers license) of attendees who try on clothes. Sea City Vintage and Bright Eye Beer Co. are not responsible for any theft or loss of items.
